Welcome to Lfg LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate an online dating platform accessible via cashfordate.com (the "Service"). The Company is headquartered in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is not intended for minors. You must be legally permitted to use the Service under applicable law.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

User Content and License
You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.Safety and Interactions We do not conduct background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, including offline meetings.
Paid Services and Subscriptions
Prices and billing terms are disclosed prior to purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
EU and UK users have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right unless explicitly waived to access digital services immediately.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations, legal requirements, or safety concerns. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding matches, compatibility, or uninterrupted service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lfg LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law and Consumer Rights
Bahamas law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections. EU, UK, and US users retain all applicable statutory rights.
Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver for US Users Only
This section applies only to users located in the United States. Except for claims eligible for small claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court. Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and governed by the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act. We will pay arbitration fees beyond what you would pay to file a court claim unless the arbitrator determines the claim is frivolous. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only. You waive the right to participate in class or representative actions. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by sending written notice to Lfg LLC. This arbitration agreement survives account termination.

ADDITIONAL LEGAL PROTECTIONS
No Duty to Screen or Verify Users
You acknowledge and agree that Lfg LLC has no obligation to screen, verify, or investigate users, including their identity, background, conduct, intent, criminal history, or profile accuracy. You assume all risk arising from interactions with other users, both online and offline.
Assumption of Risk
You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, misrepresentation by other users, financial loss, physical injury, or any other harm resulting from interactions with users on or off the platform.
Release of Claims
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and forever discharge Lfg LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and causes of action arising out of or related to your use of the Service or interactions with other users.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lfg LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Limitation of Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Lfg LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid to the Company in the twelve months preceding the claim.
No Reliance
You acknowledge that you do not rely on any statements, representations, or warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. You accept that user profiles, communications, and content may be inaccurate, misleading, or false.
Waiver of Injunctive and Equitable Relief
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute shall be limited to individual monetary damages and that you waive any right to seek injunctive, declaratory, or equitable relief against Lfg LLC.
Jury Trial Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.
Exclusive Venue for Non-Arbitrable Claims
If a claim is found not subject to arbitration, you agree that such claim shall be brought exclusively in the courts of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, unless prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws.
Force Majeure
Lfg LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, system failures, or governmental actions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lfg LLC and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
